Step #14: Command Centers

For each Command Center you have your fleets can occupy 1 base of another player.
Also each Command Center increases your fleet attack power at the base by 5%.

Command Center are a good structure to protect your base, especially helping you to free your bases in case of occupation.

Step

1. Research level 6 Computer technology
2. Construct a level 1 Command Centers

Types of Commanders & What they do

1. Construction - Decreases construction cost by 1% per commander level.
2. Research - Decreases research cost by 1% per commander level.
3. Production - Decreases production time by 1% per commander level.
4. Defense - Increases defenses' power and armor by 1% per commander level.
5. Tactical - Increases fleet attack power at base location by 1% per commander level.
6. Logistics - Decreases fleet travel time at base location by 1% per commander level.
